  11. This is the last version of AmiCAD. Due to the lack of users (I only
  12. got TWO gifts for this program, from version 1.0 to 1.5), I'll don't
  13. continue to support it anymore: I provide no english version of the
  14. ARexx scripts and for the guide, no catalogs too. I don't want to
  15. spent all my spare time for nothing, so I'll only support new versions
  16. of the executable and ARexx scripts for my needs.

  18. I only join the excutable, components libraries, and french versions
  19. of the ARexx scripts. Some old scripts will not work with this version
  20. of AmiCAD (some functions have changed), and the old files and clips
  21. can't be read with it (their format have changed). Some ARexx scripts
  22. are provided to read these old files under this new version, but they
  23. are not documented. Try them at your own risk.

  25. There is no Installer script too, just copy the new versions of the
  26. files you want to use in your old AmiCAD directory. BUT KEEP A COPY
  27. OF YOUR OLD FILES, there are many compatibility problems... and I
  28. don't want to know anything about your problems if you loose your work.

  40. - new zoom function (from 25% to 1000%),
  41. - scaling is now given in percentage (100 gives scale 1),
  42. - some memory errors and macros menus solved,
  43. - some new ARexx functions (CURSMODE, SETORTHO, SNAPGRID, GETLINE, GETZONE, ZOOM)
  44. and changes (ASK converted to ASKTEXT and ASKNUM, REQFILE, SETSCALE...)
  45. - middle mouse support (selection of a sheet)...

  51. - AGA chipset or GFX card recommended for high screen resolutions.

  56. This library is not supplied in the package.

  58. New users: get the AmiCAD_1.5 archive on Aminet and install it before
  59. using this version.
